Erica helped the reviewer buy this property

Best Real Estate Agent in Pensacola!

Erica and her team were very helpful in our home buying journey. From the start, she was a consummate professional who assisted us in every step of the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, she made the process easier and smooth for us with her timely communication, patience and experience. Mind you we are stationed overseas and she still managed to communicate with us even though we’re on the other side of the globe. She was receptive to our needs and preferences while keeping it honest and realistic with our situation. As a true professional she provided us with a wide variety of choices to keep our options open and provided virtual tours of houses we were interested in. If you’re looking for a realtor who is well-versed in the VA loan process and in assisting you with purchasing a home around the area then look no further! Erica and her team helped us find our first home, meeting our needs and wants while managing to stay within ourr budget, she helped in making our transfer (PCS) way less stressful. We highly recommend her and her team.
