The Best Realtor We’ve Ever Worked With – Highly Recommend!

If you’re reading this, then you’ve found the best realtor the area has to offer! I’m active duty military and was stationed in Pensacola from 2016-2020. My Wife and I lived on base during that time but met Erica at a community event she hosted in 2017. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and although we weren’t buying or selling at the time, we kept her information. Last year, we moved from CO to VA, and within 6 months received orders back to FL. We reached out to Erica and she immediately got to work, creating a profile for us, sending us potential listings, and making videos for the houses we were interested in since we wouldn’t be able to see them ourselves. Unfortunately for Erica, the house we loved the most came with lots of trials. From inaccuracies in the listing description due to lack of competence of the listing agent, to the sellers hiring a handy man to repair requested items instead of a professional Erica was ontop of it all!
