Such a gem of an agent!

Erica took care of selling our house for us as we are an active duty navy family. She made the whole process seamless for us, she came in told us the small little things we could do to sell and make a profit. She communicates so well and made all the little details come together without a lot of stress. She made sure our navy movers had time to get us out of the house and made sure our closing was set to what worked for our move. I would highly recommend her and you will not be disappointed with the sale or purchase of your home when using Erica!
