We went to Erica when we first moved down and decided to go a different direction based on cost alone. She kept in touch periodically (not overwhelmingly) so when it didn’t work out with the other builder we reached back out. She had always made us feel comfortable so we met with her again. There was no urgency with the process so we did not feel pressured. She made what was a very nervous, uncertain process very enjoyable. If you’re uncertain about the process, who to go with, etc. give her a call and you will not regret it. Erica is great!

Hello everyone. We were from New Jersey. After months of visiting the area and trying many different contractors we were getting discouradged. Erica was phenominal! From the begining she was highly motivated and engaging.
