This was a difficult time for my family as my mom became ill and decided to finally sell her home. As My husband and I begged my mom for 8 years for her to relocate to NC and she finally said yes. Being overwhelmed, the thought of calling a Realtor was tough.BUT….. the first time I spoke with Erica she INSTANTLY made me feel at ease and calm as if I already knew her. From our first meeting it was made clear I wanted honesty, fast turn around and the right price. She worked effectively, efficiently and made herself available for any questions or concerns. She made the overall process easy and hassle free. But her patience and communication with my mom going over every detail was amazing, My mom is TOUGH and Erica treated her with respect and paid attention to detail. My mom would say, ‘ oh I like her, she is tough’. We received several offers quickly and accepted the right one within 2 weeks and closed by the end of the same month. WOW!!!!
