Erica helped the reviewer sell this property

Good positive experience

Erica was very knowledgeable about current market conditions. She provided excellent advice on preparation of the property and pricing strategies. The pre listing generated multiple offers in excess of the listing price. Erica recovered quickly finding a new buyer after the first buyer backed out due condo association rules prohibiting bird feeders without any price reductions . She was able to facilitate a quick efficient sale above my expected asking price. Overall I am very pleased with the level of service she provided. I would use her again for any future real estate transactions .
