Erica Nicolai is very knowledgeable about what it takes to sell a house. She made herself available to help in anyway she could to help make my experience of selling my home easy. She even helped to find contractors to aid in doing any projects that needed to be resolved to sell. She was always friendly, kind and helpful. I will definitely use her again if the need arises.
