I practice a simple philosophy: I treat everyone as I would like to be treated. What that means to me is that you will always get my best! I am hard-working, honest, and diligent; I get the job done every time. I take the "knowledge is power" approach with everything that I do, and I believe it is my duty to educate my clients so that they can make informed real estate decisions. I find that this approach helps to alleviate much of the stress involved in the buying and selling process because my clients are well-informed. I set expectations for the transaction and communicate with my clients every step of the way, ensuring that we get to the closing table on time. Pittsburgh born-and-bred; I love to welcome people to this city! In addition to being a real estate addict, I love to read, enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, gardening, and I love to be in the kitchen cooking meals for friends and family alike. My favorite places: farms, the woods, and HOME. When I'm not out adventuring or selling homes, you can find me hanging out with my favorite people in the universe-my family. As an area native, I have extensive knowledge of SW PA. I serve all of Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties, The Laurel Highlands, and select parts of the surrounding counties.

It just doesn't get any better than Erica.

One purchase and two sales, Erica earned her commission on my purchase, it took nearly a year to find my home. We viewed many county wide. She made it fun, no pressure. The sales were even easier. Got what we expected for my home and exceeded expectations on the sale of my Mother's home. In short if I'm in the market for another property, I'm calling Erica. You should too.
