Erica went the extra mile throughout the whole process. I had been looking for a house for months and made several changes along the way. Erica never once backed down or made me feel discouraged for making decisions. Erica worked tirelessly writing up proposals, speaking with mortgage companies and working with loan officers to get me my house, all which I could not have done on my own. She would get information and show me houses right away at my request. My house needed fixtures to pass appraisal to be purchased, so right away she and her husband helped by getting their people to fix at a low price. Knowing that Erica is also a busy mother/wife shows not only how amazing she is but also, she loves her job and loves helping people find their home. Her thoughtfulness and dedication extends into the gift baskets that she puts together and all these qualities set her on top of other realtors.
