Erica was amazing from start to finish. We live abroad now, which made the process complex, but Erica took control of the situation and put our minds at ease. She coordinated everything, suggested renovations to boost our property value, and then oversaw the work on top of handling all sales-related logistics. Her deep knowledge of the general Oakland market, the nuances of our neighborhood, and what renovations would bring the highest return on investment directly led to us getting a selling price for our home that was higher then we had hoped for. We cannot recommend Erica highly enough. She’s wonderful.
