ERICA helped the reviewer sell this property

Erica made our first home buying experience go so smoothly

Erica made our first home buying experience go so smoothly. From the start Erica has always had our best interest in mind. With the market being so crazy this past year Erica stood by our side and fought for every home we made an offer on. She did her research prior to showing us a home and told us what homes were selling for in the area. She would contact the selling agent and get as much information from them to help us stand out in our offer. Erica was also willing to work with our schedule and showed us homes on the days and times that worked best for us. We were countered in most of our offers and finally got accepted. We are so thankful for Erica’s persistence and determination to get us our home.
