Overpromised underdelivered
Failed to inform of standard buyback dates . Said would negoitate at a later date ... did not follow through. Did not follow through on verbal communications. Left trash throughout the property. Had to reach out to broker to get agent to complete tasks of removing debris /trash as had been agreed upon. Overpromised underdelivered. Failed to get listing price she had recommended pushed for several price drops that where unwarranted .
