Working with Erica was a wonderful experience! She made sure our interest and safety and expectations were met. She was very clear with what the process would be she was honest with us and gave us great advice and backed up her opinions with facts. We were very happy with how fast things moved and we sold our home quick. She goes above and beyond to ensure your house is ready for showing and hired a professional videographer and did an open house that was on our terms and was there for every walkthrough which was important to us since we still were living there during that part of the process. Her team was great to work with and we would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling your home!
