Erica is absolutely the best! Purchasing my first home was very scary. She was there every step of the way. She made sure the process was as less stressful as possible. Thanks to Erica I finally have a nice place that I can call home.

My Wife and I just bought our first home and were lucky enough to be recommended Erica as our realtor. We can't recommend her enough! When we first contacted Erica, we had already found a house that we were excited about and ready to make an offer on. For a solid month, Erica fought for us on a daily basis trying to get the seller to do what they agreed to do. The closing on that house ultimately fell through on the seller's end but that did not stop Erica for a second. That same day, Erica dropped all of her plans and immediately sprang into action for us. We spent the whole day touring homes and ended up finding a house that we loved even more than the first one! We just closed on the new house and, because of Erica, it was a breeze!
