Erica and her partner Lorin helped us market and sell our house. This included staging it: they hired someone they knew to stage it excellently. We followed their advice on pricing & strategy, and they correctly predicted what would happen. Both women did an excellent job of listening to & respecting what we wanted through the whole process from beginning to end. They know the local market well; the fact that they lived nearby was very helpful as we moved out of the house to another state before the house went on the market.
