This house was tenant occupied by an elderly hoarder. In the clean out Erica took hours of her own time to help prepare the property for sale. She even drove to the dump with the cleaning crew. Also, at her own cost and time, she planted flowers so every ascpect of the property would sparkle for the sale. The house went under contract and closed in less than 45 days. Thank you Ms. Levie!
Stay far away!!!! Erica is NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Oh where to begin.....first of all about 3 months into our lease I let Erica know that the house has termites and she brushed this complaint off as “winged ants”. My colleague is an exterminator and confirmed that these were termites. Now here’s where the story gets very interesting.....we just recently moved to a new place far far away from the property we rented, the property owners, and Erica! We are still in the process of moving into our new place and cleaning the property that we leased from the owners. To my surprise I go over to my property where I have paid rent for the full month and find numerous boxes, food in the fridge, and evidence of a cat living in the house! I called Erica and she refused to answer.....after a voicemail one of the owners shows up at my residence! To my bewilderment the owner steps in my property and retrieves a CAT FROM A CLOSED 1 x 1 NON AIR CONDITIONED CLOSET?!?!?!? I called the PBSO and had deputies come out to assure me that I would not be doing anything illegal by removing this stuff from my residence. When Erica was summoned by the deputies she admitted that she trespassed onto my residence without my permission and even started lying to the deputies saying I have given her permission to do whatever with the house. (I clearly stated the opposite and told them that we will use the property until the end of the month.) I will be reporting everything to the BBB along with the state attorneys office. Erica should NEVER be allowed to operate as a real estate agent in this life again and the owners of this property should be arrested. You have been warned!!!
