Erica Kuenzel is a fabulous realtor. My husband and I worked with Erica as our buyer's agent. 2021-2022 is/was a difficult market to purchase a home. Erica was prompt to return calls and email, on top of listings, and resourceful with inspectors, lawyers, contractors, and mortgage brokers.
