She kept us informed on the progress and what to expect next. Even after the sale, she followed up on the remodeling progress to make sure we didn’t need anything. Erica was tasked with finding us a home in Sarasota while we remained in Chicago. When we decided to stop being 'Snowbirds' we used her to sell our first home and help us find our new 'full time Florida house'. As before, she gave us great advice. She did a super job at marketing our old house, held open houses and was quite creative. We feel that she was instrumental in us getting top dollar for our sale.
