One thing that I love about Erica, is that she is not afraid to point out issues or concerns with a property. Some real estate agents try to “sell” you on a property and may not always identify potential concerns to watch for. Erica was also not afraid to say, “I don’t know,” followed swiftly by, “but I will find out.” This is not to say that Erica is inexperienced or that she did not know her stuff, because she did, and knew it very well. But we had some very unique experiences with two separate properties and Erica not once gave me any reason to question her judgement or motives. Her integrity was very apparent to me. In addition, Erica very clearly had our best interest in mind. She cared about not only what we wanted in a home but who we are as people. She not only took time time get to know my wife and I but she took the time to get to know my kids. We spent a lot of weekends together, and Erica really became part of the family. I cannot recommend using Erica highly enough, she is a great real estate agent, and an even better person. You cannot go wrong putting your trust in Erica’s extremely capable hands. I can honestly say, Erica is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with!
