This is not my first house but experience was awful, as never before, not with Erica- she went above and beyond trying to mediate between us (buyers and the brokers). Brokers don't want to see anything in front of them except the dollar signs. The buyers were old couple (74 years old -my parents and their daughter -me), so for any question that was there- brokers responded " additional money have to be paid". The house was seriously overpriced. My parents needed that house because of the convenient location (right next to me), plus it was a rehab house so it was completely redone. Everything was made of the cheap material and there were a lot of issues to take care of. Erica attempted multiple times to approach the seller/her brokers but the response was the same- "sure we'll fix it if you pay". Erica is a really great person, realtor, but the brokers that she's working under will never get my business anymore, and i won't recommend that place to anyone that i know.
