My experience with Erica was fantastic in every possible way. She was very thorough in her presentation of the process to me, stopping to explain in detail if I ever had any questions. She was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions, whether it was by text, email, or call. She kept me well-informed during every step of the process. Through her efforts I got an acceptable offer within a couple days of putting my house on the market and I was very satisfied with the price she negotiated. I'd fully recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor, because I'm confident that she treats every client the same way I was treated.
