We had a very positive experience working with Erica Diaz. I loved that she really knew the area well and gave us inside information about the neighborhood we thought we wanted, and helped us look into areas that were much better suited for our slow-paced, recently retired lifestyle. Erica made me and my husband feel like we were her only clients, and we felt heard and listened to and important. After we bought our house, I was sad that we weren’t going to see Erica anymore. Thankfully we’ve remained friends.
