Can we give six stars? Because Obie and Erica earned every single one! They knew so much about the area and gave us honest and unbiased feedback about some of the neighborhoods we were interested in. I felt like we were VIP clients or something because he was so focused on us and I felt like he was really invested in finding us the right home. They were both so cool and easy to talk to and really funny, and I felt at ease around them. I’ve purchased a few houses before, and it was always stressful and time-consuming, but not this time. Obie made me feel confident that I was in good hands. And before I knew it, we were closing on a beautiful home. Two thumbs up to Erica and Obie and the whole Erica Diaz team!

I’m not sure if there is a rule about being friends with your realtor after they find you a house, but I 100% want to be friends with Shavaughn after working with her to buy our new home. She is so friendly and personable and funny, but she is a powerhouse and knows her stuff and works really hard. I looked forward to meetings with her because she’s easy to talk to, but she has this way of breaking down the whole process of buying a home into very easy and simple steps. She was a great listener and made sure she knew what we wanted and what we didn’t before bringing us to showings. She always said she knew how valuable our time was and was flexible and patient when we needed to reschedule or move things around. She’s the best, and I’d recommend her to anyone!

Our experience with Cassie was phenomenal. Our house was taking forever to get sold by our old realtor, and we were trying to buy a new build. We had the worst contracts over and over from people who kept backing out. She did a great job negotiating with the builders so we wouldn’t lose our new house.
