She has also been keeping in contact with us throughout this whole deal, answers every email or text within a timely manner. Our entire experience was smooth no hiccups.

Denise is fantastic ! My husband and I were relocating three hours away, and we decided to go to some open houses . We were upfront with the different realtors we met that we weren’t preapproved, just scouting the area, possibly relocating end of the year. Denise was the only realtor to take the time really talk about the areas, look up listings for us, email us some places to go visit while in town, and really gave us the “no pressure” vibes. Her personality is very down to earth as well as professional. She was ON TOP OF THINGS from the start. She was always prompt to respond, and with her strategic negotiation skills we were able to purchase the home we fell in love with! We were also able to close on the home three weeks ahead of schedule and she was instrumental in communicating with our lender, title company, and insurance bonding (all while Hurricane Dorian was knocking at our coast.) As first time homebuyers you’re navigating blind and she was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. If I could give more stars I would; highly recommend!

But Clayton Jones continued to be in our side understanding and a positive influence that we would find the right home for us. Within a month we did find the right home and told Clayton this was the one. He didn’t let us down. The second day it was on the market made an offer and he made it stick. We found our dream home and he didn’t let it get away.
