Erica Decker

Seems like everyone knows a realtor. Most of us have one in our family, or that one friend, or the "strong suggestion" from a well meaning do gooder. Thing is, when deciding on a true forever home, it's the biggest financial decision you'll likely ever make. Mistakes are not optional. It has to be right, it has to take time, it has be perfect. That's what Erica is. That's what she was for us. She was perfect. She shows homes tirelessly with a smile. She negotiates fiercely and fairly. She is prompt with communication whether it's a call, a text, or an email. She was there throughout the entire process, which was so much more involved and intense than we thought it would be. The looking, the lending, the leaning on the sellers. She was there for looking. She was there that day when we found "the one". She was there for the offer and the negotiating. She was there on inspection day. She was there with a quick word while we waited on the underwriters. It's stressful. It kind of needs to be. It's important. And when it was over, she was there to hand us the keys. We laid on the new carpet and stared at the ceilings. We talked about the process and how we all got through it together. Some of us shed a few tears. It was the experience of a lifetime, even though I never want to do it again. There's lots of realtors to choose from, and a lot of them are good. We picked Erica for all the reasons that matter, and she still surprised us with more. Get prequalifed. Get your priorities well in mind with regard to exactly what you want. Get on the same page with whoever you're going to be buying with. And, get you an Erica. Thank you Erica. I know words are not enough to cover what you did for us, but this is the best I could do to sum it up. We love you.
