Seems like everyone knows a realtor. Most of us have one in our family, or that one friend, or the "strong suggestion" from a well meaning do gooder. Thing is, when deciding on a true forever home, it's the biggest financial decision you'll likely ever make. Mistakes are not optional. It has to be right, it has to take time, it has be perfect. That's what Erica is. That's what she was for us. She was perfect. She shows homes tirelessly with a smile. She negotiates fiercely and fairly. She is prompt with communication whether it's a call, a text, or an email. She was there throughout the entire process, which was so much more involved and intense than we thought it would be.
