As a first time home buyer and very new to the whole process. Erica made it very easy and you could ask her anything. Usually there are something that's you may not understand or feel stupid for asking, but she helped break it down and keep it simple to understand. We talked about what I was looking for and with in hours had listing to look at. After which she setup views for me to see and help run numbers afterwards. We made a few changes to our search and finally found the winning house. We put in and offer and it was accepted, next comes a lot of paperwork before closing. Erica was there the whole step of the way checking in and answer any last questions. If you looking to buy or sell a house Erica is a must work with.

Erica worked extremely hard to sell our rental home in Vero Beach. We live full time in CT which can make these transactions tricky. Erica made us feel like we were a few miles down the road. We met Erica at an Open House she was hosting. We were immediately impressed by her professionalism and the fact she went above expectations by having a charcuterie board and beverages for her guests. While we "thought " we had an agent we were working with, Erica impressed us with her knowledge of the market. As we toured the house, Erica promoted the benefits and advantages of the property. After meeting some other agents that afternoon, we decided we wanted Erica to be "our" agent. We were on a tight schedule with a cross country move to Florida, Erica was with us all the way, with visiting properties with us in person or via video. In short order, we found a property we liked and were in our new house within 30 days. Without Erica, we would have never been able to accomplish the move in that time frame without her. She was our support and confidant we needed. We have bought and sold many homes over the years, but can't say any of them ever went smoother and with less stress than our experience with Erica.
