I had not purchased a property in quite a while so it was like learning all over again. Being new to San Diego, Erica dedicated several weekends to introduce u to neighborhoods, educate us on schools, parks, amenities, and commutes. Erica was always patient in the process, never pushed (budget, timing, or otherwise), and provided honest feedback throughout the process. I was most impressed with Erica's professionalism during our buying process. We dealt with many difficult issues in our negotiations, inspections, and even post close issues. We received a 60-day notice from our current landlord as they ran into financial complications and were forced to move back in. We are a four-person family with chickens, goats, dogs, and a fish and knew this moving venture would be quite challenging.
