Throughout the homebuying process Erica was always available, prompt, courteous, as well as, extremely informed on the homes that were accessible in the area we were looking. I started the process of looking for my first home with Erica in February 2020 and completed the process with her in April 2020. She made a potential stressful feat a lot less stressful for a first time home buyer. Erica was willing to follow up with the underwriters, inspectors, etc... to determine next steps. She was relentless in the way she professionally requested that all parties stayed on track and did what was necessary to move me closer to my closing date. Selecting Erica as our realtor was one of the best decisions we made in the home buying process! To give an example of her character, when I spoke to Erica after the mortgage program's workshop, I told her that we "somewhat had an agent but not exactly" and she gave me info on how I could keep that agent given the specific program that we were participating in...she didn't push, she just wanted us to be taken care of and have the info we needed. When we were looking at houses that would not be wise to purchase, she gave us a honest and positive perspective/insight in the most loving way. I definitely needed that because who wants to be house poor...NOT US LOL! Honest and caring delivery is what makes her so personable. I appreciate that she was very diligent and responsive to our emails and text messages. She was patient with us and answered our one million questions. When we visited New Build sites, she was able to explain our program in detail to the New Home Sales Advisors and that was super helpful (we definitely needed Erica because we could not have explained any of it). When our Mortgage Counselor was not responsive, Erica stepped in to follow-up making sure that we didn't get lost in the process. She was our BIGGEST ADVOCATE and you need a Realtor like that! Erica is very knowledgeable, especially with the program we were in, and she took initiative to make us aware of things that would be helpful proving to always have our best interest in mind. For example, she told us about an event that would speed up the process and possibly get us qualified within that same day. And that's exactly what happened...qualified and then 3 months later Closed! There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to Erica. We are in a 2020 4/2 New Build Single Family Home and a few months ago, that was a just a dream but now it is a reality thanks to ERICA!
