Where do I start?! Erica was recommended to us by our daughter. My husband nor I was really interested in an agent and just planned to do it ourselves, but she ensured me Erica was a necessity. And that she was! We realized very quickly she really was what we needed and wanted. She knew so much that we honestly wouldn't have even thought of or may have over looked. She helped us every single step of the way. If we had any questions big or small she was readily available to help us. She was open, HONEST and worked hard for us on our very small time frame.
