Wonderful Buying Experience!

Having to relocate to Orlando from South Florida has been a difficult decision and process. With the COVID-19 pandemic and drastic changes in the housing market it made finding a home very tough. Eric has made finding our first home a very pleasant experience for us. He was very knowledgeable on the areas of the Orlando we were interested in living at and found us a home with all the features/amenities we were looking for. From the initial search all the way to closing on our home Eric fully exceeded our expectations when it came to the whole home buying process. I personally would recommend him to anyone on the market for their next home!
