Eric Woods

Eric was integral in the selling of my home, even though my spouse and I were getting a divorce, Eric was very professional assisting the two of us separately. On the day of closing, I met Eric an hour away and I arrived first. Eric came shortly after me and I was already in the office of the Lawyer for the Title. The Lawyer was not pleasant to me, I called Eric who said he was in the parking and when he came in his presence spoke for itself. The Lawyer changed his entire tone. We were able to conduct the business and move on. I truly thank Eric for all he has done for me during a very sad time in my life. I wish him well in he career.

Just when we were going to give up our lender referred us to Eric. Our first meeting with Eric for one, he was on time. Eric was pleasant and very knowledgeable just by line of sight. The moment we met Eric my husband and I knew we were in good hands. Eric was prompt in getting our offers in and very responsive on all of our questions. During the pandemic was a tough market, but Eric reassured us that everything would work out and it did! My family and I our have so much thanks to give Eric. We are now in our home and unpacking as we speak. Eric was always honest with us and we enjoyed it! Thank you Eric! 🤗

Eric is very knowledgeable about the area he services and made such an emotional process of selling a home during a pandemic one of the things I had to worry less about. He was professional during the entire process by giving excellent recommendations on listing price, setting expectations on handling an out of state sale and at numerous times went above and beyond what I had previously experienced when it came to handling repairs and other unforeseen issues that had cropped up. His perseverance in ensuring the closing would happen despite pandemic related delays helped bolster my confidence that he was the right person to be selling our family home. If there were more stars to give Eric, I would gladly do so.
