I’ve worked with several realtors over the years and he is by far the best I’ve ever had. He always responds in a timely fashion. He goes through everything and makes sure I understand what’s going on with all the documents presented. And, is always looking out for my best interest. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

Eric is an extraordinarily attentive, thoughtful, and trustworthy agent. His communication was continuous, helpful, and supportive. His willingness to support the often complex and cumbersome sale process went above and beyond any expectations I had - in addition to just showing the house, he was willing to oversee repairs, collect mail, and in general keep an eye on it while we were out of town. It was liking having an extra (and very helpful!) friend in town. But Eric was also very knowledgeable and informative about the process as well - for example, the real estate market was in flux in summer 2024, when we were selling, and we had a lengthy conversation about the implications of that which was super helpful and fully focused on what our interests were, even to the (possible) disadvantage of Eric himself. I have already recommended him to friends and would absolutely do so again. I could not have wished for a better experience.
We started our house sale process by interviewing three agents. Since we had both bought and sold property before, we had a pretty good idea off what we expected from a Realtor and what we didn’t want to deal with. After spending some time with the first gentleman we both decided that he was not for us. The second agent was much better and we thought he was the one. Then we met with Eric. Eric has a great personality that immediately draws you in. He came across as completely trustworthy (this later proved to be true!), he has a great sense of humor when appropriate, he had done his homework and knew the neighborhood and had the most through and impressive marketing plan that either of us had ever seen. We decided he was the one and couldn’t wait to see where he valued our home. He did not disappoint there either. We lost count of the number of showings we had, but we are hear to tell you, the marketing program Eric uses works! Throughout the entire process, and it had some difficult times, Eric was right there, texting information, calling when necessary, always available. (We’re not sure when he sleeps or takes a day off.) We never doubted he had our back and would do whatever it took to get the sale through. Did I mention that he is amazing? With all the agents that we have dealt with over the past 50 years, he is heads above all the others and in our opinion, in a class of his own. The elite class of agents. And a genuinely nice person.
