Gulf coast property

I worked with Eric to purchase condo on the gulf coast. Since we were out of town and visited a couple times, we communicated both electronically and in person. Eric was excellent knowing our requirements and very diligent in locating properties for us to review. The search area was quite large from the Dunedin area down to Bradenton. He stayed patient and during our visits had multiple proprieties to visit. Eric's expertise on values of said property, total costs involved, concerns, luxuries, etc were very helpful.
