Throughout the selling of my home, Eric kept in great communication with me. I especially appreciated detailed reports of open houses and interested prospects (and his follow ups with them), informing me of new comps in area (and their pricing changes). He put together a photoshoot and drone video of my property, and arranged for many things that needed completion as I had already relocated out of state. Overall, I highly recommend Eric and if I move back to the area, he’d be the one is choose to work with.
