This was my first time buying a home and I am very glad that I went with Eric. Eric was very helpful (and patient) with explaining the buying process as a whole. I felt that Eric was very honest with us. Eric understood our family needs and gave us the realistic options and did not pressure us for the "bigger sale". I greatly appreciated Eric's hard work, generosity, and shining personality. He made the whole buying experience a fun one.
