My husband and I were a bit hesitant at first to retain a "discount" agency, concerned we wouldn't receive very good service and would mostly be on our own to sell our house. But after meeting with Eric our concerns were laid to rest, and signing with Eric was the best decision we could've made. His handling of our listing was absolutely first rate. Eric is genuine, likable and easy to talk to. He explained things so that we understood them, and never made me feel like my many questions were a bother or stupid. Eric's responsiveness to my text messages was phenomenal! He either got back to me within a very short time, or I'd get a message that he was unable to get back to me right then and would contact me by the evening (and he always did). Selling our home was stressful and Eric was helpful throughout the process, with suggestions and updates on the market in our area.
