Eric Solberg

I can't thank Eric enough for his help and creativity in helping me present my difficult to sell, unique vacation place so well that we got a full price offer the first day. He wrote beautiful marketing material and made a genius move of listing it by its romantic township name instead of mailing address. It worked! We'd listed it with two other Realtors previously, and they just shook their heads and basically gave up. There were no comps, they said, so we couldn't list it at the price I needed to.
