Our experience with Eric Smith was very positive! We needed to do extensive work to make my Mom’s house “sale ready.” He helped us make great decisions regarding that. He helped us with finding people for HVAC, drywall and electrical. It was very rare to not get a text or call back immediately if we had a question. We were so pleased with our entire house selling experience and highly recommend Eric as a realtor whether buying or selling!

From the first impression I knew Eric would get my house sold in no time. He not only saved me from pouring unnecessary money into my house, but made sure I got the best offer possible. He walked me through all the real estate jargon being a first time seller and made it as smooth as possible. I have an insane schedule and he was able to work around that with no hesitation.
