As a real estate agent, he was exactly as good as we needed him to be.. Perfect! Perfect representative and middle man to manage all of our dealings with the seller. Anything we needed, questions, concerns, Eric either had answers or would go get them and return to us as soon as possible which was typically very soon. Very professional in all of our exchanges as should be expected with an agent. So as an agent, perfect. But what I enjoyed most was his enthusiasm to serve us and what seemed to me to be a genuine excitement to be part of our property acquisition adventures. He really did seem to enjoy the process which made it all the more enjoyable for us as buyers. And this is what, I believe, sets him apart from at least my two previous experiences with agents buying homes which were actually very good experiences as well. Eric just had an extra great-human-being factor that made for a truly special buying experience. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking for the same. Eric will get the job done as it should be, as smoothly as possible, and smiling with you as buyer every step of the way as he did with us.
