Eric did an awesome job for my family selling my mom's house. Even though she is in the beginning stages of dementia, he explained the process to her until she felt she understood what he was going for us. The process was actually pretty easy. He made sure we understood what he needed from us, and we made sure that he understood what we needed from him. He was always available for questions and kept us updated all through the process. Eric and his staff did a great job. This isn't the first or last sale that Eric has helped us with.
