Fantastic Realtor! For me, Eric Schuell was truly a lifesaver. After having lived thousands of miles away for decades, I was suddenly named Executor for my brother's estate. Unknown to me, over the years he had become a true clinical Hoarder and moreover he had let the old house in which we had grown up in New Haven descend into a dire condition. Eric not only was regularly on site with me to help evaluate any items which might ultimately still be salvageable and of value, he connected with a partner who along with him assisted removal and sale of any salvageable items. He also handled hiring and supervising a removal service with crews to clear out massive truck loads of trash, decaying furniture and even chemical waste from the property leaving it clean to be viewed by a contractor who could then estimate what serious repairs would eventually need be performed. And well aware of the local market values and knowledgeable of potential buyers, he effected a sale of the property at best possible price in "as is" condition which greatly sped up the final sale and eliminated any further expense to me.
