Eric provided outstanding service throughout the entire homebuying process. He was proactive in obtaining relevant listings, warning us to avoid pitfalls, and preparing us for each stage. Eric made himself available at all times including outside of standard business hours to not only address our many questions, but discuss their nuances in an effort to ensure we fully understood the answers. We worked with him from out-of-state and relied heavily on his expertise to make decisions.
