About Eric

We are a local boutique firm based in Gulf Breeze that does not have to follow the traditional large corporate firms’ mandates (minimum fees to charge, must work with multiple people for one transaction, etc.) when it comes to our flexibility and willingness to offer exceptional service with one point of contact throughout the buying or selling process. Our vision is to be a one stop real estate shop, and I am currently working on my builder’s license as well as maintaining my real estate broker’s license. What this means to our clients is that we can help them with everything from procuring a piece of property, and in the near future also offer our services of building their dream home while having one firm work with them from the beginning to the completion of their new home. We also specialize in investment properties, first time buyers, downsizing, and upsizing.
