I only met Eric Rice and Becki Rice just one time in person to start the effort to sell our beautiful lot in Heron Bay on Baden Lake. Although quite disappointed that our dream of building alongside family there could not happen, we were lifted by Eric's care and competency. Still as beautiful as when we bought it over 20 years ago, the property required some actions for selling. Plus there was an abundance of forms to complete. So there were many phone calls! Eric knows the process, the people in the county, and real estate on Badin Lake. His calm guidance and knowledgeable support were outstanding. His sense of timing and people was key. I witnessed the good working relationships he and Becki have there and enjoyed their help along the way in the process. Beautiful place, good people. While sorry not to make it our home, happy that the process went well and the new owners will make it theirs!
