Eric Reese

My wife and I moved from Texas and engaged Eric and Renee to help us with a home search. The rules and processes are different in Washington and having someone with Eric & Renee's knowledge and expertise was invaluable. You get a lot more than real estate though. As new comers to the area they gave us quite a bit of very useful info: good places to eat, how the toll system works, local customs & history, etc. Just great stuff that they share because I believe their basic nature is altruistic. The 5 stars in every category should speak for themselves, but just in case I'll add this: I've bought and/or sold 4 houses in my life and Eric and Renee are, simply put, as good as you are going to find. These aren't agents that look to get a house bought or sold. Eric & Renee are full customer service and there one goal is to ensure their customers are taken care of to the very limit of their ability.

You cannot find a better real estate agent than Eric Reese. He is very knowledgable and completely ontop of the market. He has the connections/relationships with builders and other agents to find out about homes early. In Seattle this can make the difference for purchasing a home with multiple offers (as our home). Our home went on the markat on a Saturday and multiple bids by Sunday. His strategy on our offer format won us the home over the other offers. Eric gets back to you within minutes or at least the same day to respond to any inquiries that you might have on a new listing. You will receive homes before they hit Zillow. If he can't show you a house that day then Renee probably can. Great teamwork. Just an outstanding team! Highly recommend Eric and Renee. This was our 7th home to purchase and by far Eric was the best agent that we have ever had.

Eric did a great job of helping us find and purchase a home quickly and fairly in a tough buyers market. Both Eric and Renee were very responsive and connected throughout the process. I would recommend their services to all.

Eric and Renee are equally delightful and professional. We had the pleasure of working with them on selling our house and at the same time, buying a new one. Contingent offers are typically unnerving, but we put our trust into them and sold our house for more than than we paid and bought the house of our dreams! We honestly could not have done it with anyone else!
