Eric sold us our house in October - It was a wonderful experience with him from start to finish. He is a great guy, knowledgeable, kind, and overall we really enjoyed working with him. He answered any questions we had quickly and was informative on everything. I had no idea what I was doing and he tried to detail it as much as possible for me haha. 100% recommend!!
