Eric sold my home in less than 30 days. I am the most challenging person to work with, but he was able to manage every situation and deal with it with respect and professionalism. I worked with other agents in the past, but I have never found an agent with so much attention to detail. I also felt safe that he helped my mom, who doesn’t speak English, with the paperwork that she needed to sign as she was involved in the sale as well by providing her with companies that will use translators and he also helped me to get all the paperwork I needed to sign before the closing date since I’m studying overseas.
