Helpful Caring and Respectful

Eric did a wonderful job of helping me prepare my late mother's house for sale. He put me in touch with people who cleaned out the house interior and took away a dilapidated shed and fencing at the rear of the property. He ensured that there was a good online presence of the house and property, including a well-prepared virtual tour of the interior rooms fully furnished including the three-season back porch. I really believe the effort he put into the marketing and online staging of the house is what drove the sale.
