We leaned on Eric a bit because we moved out of the area, and relied on him for everything from pricing the home, to suggesting prep work, to meeting with contractors at the property to monitor progress. He took care of every detail and made it a worry-free process. His area knowledge is top notch, as are his negotiation skills. We highly recommend Eric as your realtor if you need to buy/sell a home.
