Eric Pruitt and his staff was very professional from day 1. There was no pressure or coaxing, everything was explained completely and in detail. Eric Pruitt handled everything from start to finish, kept us informed and told us what to expect next. The listing was phenomenal and the pictures that were taken were the best we've ever seen. Eric's knowledge of the market helped us list at the right price without worring about " leaving money on the table". The open houses were planned, well thought out and we were given an update afterwards on the activity. When it was time to close Eric was there as well, making sure there was no last minute problems. We would highly recommend Eric Pruitt and his team wether you are buying or selling. There is no one better!
